China Meihua was established as the holding company for Harbin Yinghua, a sales and marketing company headquartered in Harbin, the capital city of Heilongjiang Province in Northeast China. The Group was established in April 2008 in order to act as the exclusive distribution partner of Harbin Meihua in China and Southeast Asia.
Harbin Meihua is a private high-technology company based in Harbin operating in the food and biotechnology industry. Harbin Meihua researches, develops and manufactures biological products, namely high-activity lactase and probiotics, often referred to as ‘good’ or ‘friendly’ bacteria in a freeze-dried formulation (for sale to retailers) or in bulk (for sale to manufacturers of probiotic-containing products such as yoghurt). |
